What is the most common illness in hamsters?
Wet tail, a severe form of diarrhea, is a common ailment in hamsters. It's often stress-induced and can be fatal if not treated promptly. Immediate veterinary care is essential for diagnosis and treatment.

What do hamsters do when they're sick?
When ill, hamsters may become lethargic, lose their appetite, or exhibit changes in behavior. They may also have a disheveled appearance and isolate themselves. Any sudden changes warrant a vet visit.

How can I make my hamster happy?
